Hey everybody, hope all is going well. This is just a reminder that the retreat is coming up very soon. It is on the 26-28 of October. If you have not yet paid for the trip, then please contact Kelly ASAP due to limited space. It has been announced that if we run out of beds, you can still sleep on the couch or an air matresses for a reduced price of $20 per person. Also, some words of advice. You WILL HAVE to bring your own pillows or pillow cases, blankets, bed covers, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, toothbrushes, and things of that sort. And most of all, BE READY FOR AN AWESOME TIME!!!
P.s. On Saturday night October 27, we are hoping to have a big pot luck dinner!! If you are interested in preparing a small dish, please contact Kelly and tell her what you will be making, and what ingrediants you need for this, so she can grocery shop for them. Also, if any ladies are interested in assisting Kelly in shopping for food and whatnot, please contact her soon.
On a final note, we will be having a MANDATORY MANDATORY MANDATORY 12 strings gathering on Oct. 11 at 7:30 at Freedom Fellowship. This meeting will basically be a practice ONE Gathering. This is not for new people. Only the camp members. Basically, we will be going over how ONE gathering is going to run, and what we should be expecting. We will also have some fun, but our focus is going to be preparation, so we don't show up at our 1st ONE gathering entirely unprepared.
That is basically all the information we have out right now. On a side note, we are working on building up administrative teams, business teams, and marketing teams within the camp. If you are interested in helping in any way, please respond to this blog, or contact Kelly.
